• Pump collecting extra oil mechanism (patent pending) – CZ Series adopts the same needle bar mechanism and special seal, which are used in AZ Series, Japanese-made high-end overlock machine. Minimizes risk of oil leakage around needle bar area.
• Sealed needle bar mechanism – Mixture of lint and dust can cause needle bar abrasion and oil stain, Yamato’s needle bar mechanism solves this problem, thus enhancing the quality of finished garment.

• HR Device effectively prevents the temperature of needle tip from getting too high. Successfully prevents needle breakage, stitch-skipping and needle holes. Can use synthetic thread and/or synthetic fabric.
• Achieve tight seam without excessive thread tension.

	B3 – Maual Back Tack DeviceSuitable for: CZ6003Usually, the bar tacking process is needed after single needle overlock on the sleeves of underwear etc. WIth this deivce, the thread chain can be sewn unto the fabric at the beginning of sewing. Thus, the bar tacking process is saved.
	UB6 – Air-Operated Uncurling DeviceSuitable for: CZ6003, CZ6120/6125, CZ6020/6025Flattens both inside and outside curls when sewing. Thus, machines needs no frequent stopping to manually flatten the curled edges. The length of thread chain to be sewn into the seam becomes 20mm shorter than conventional model, so it is applicable for short distance operation as well.
